Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Include original tags and packaging
- Not be damaged, washed, or altered
- Include proof of purchase or order confirmation
For hygiene and safety reasons, some items may not be eligible for return, including:
- Personal care items
- Opened feeding products
- Clearance or final sale items
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider
Shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item and packaging
We will work quickly to resolve the issue with a replacement, store credit, or refund.
Exchange Policy
We currently accept exchanges for size or product issues subject to stock availability.
If the item you want is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered instead.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The item is faulty
- The wrong item was sent
- The product arrived damaged
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Kiddo Australia cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
